For the regulation of 863 project and its indoctrination of the research production ,with the support of the National Science and Technology Ministry, Beijing city and the Tsinghua University, the automotive engineering department of the Tsinghua University set up the Beijing SinoHytec Co., Ltd on July, 5th, based on the  country's major special item of "the project of urban bus fuel cell", together with the joint partnership of the Tsinghua Kewei International Technology Transformation Company and the Tsinghua Industrial Development Institution of Beijing.
