a) single fuel cell test technology
Adopting the distributed meshwork design means that based on TTCAN concept and the multi-route switch project, the whole collection system is made up from one main-node and ten sub-nodes. Every sub-node can collect 124 signals of single chip voltage, so 10 sub-nodes can collect 1240 signals of single chip voltage, in this way, we can solve problems like many signals and communication conflict.

b) VCU exploitation platform and drive assembly controller

The design of controller adopts all-purpose design means. In order to upgrade different parts to meet one’s need, the digital kernel and the signal manage part of the controller are separate.
The fuel cell automobile motivity assembly control meshwork is a distributed control system that surrounds CAN bus-meshwork. The system’s whole configuration is in the picture. In this system, motivity assembly ECU through CAN bus-meshwork respectively connect the fuel cell controller, the main DC-DC convertor controller, the accumulator controller and electric machinery controller, and form distributed control meshwork; motivity assembly ECU lies the kernel of the distributed control meshwork, and it collect all the information of every part, integrate the driver’s intent, build control orders, put them out to every part through CAN meshwork, so it can control every sub-part. The CAN bus-meshwork communication agreement can be set down according to SAE J1939.

c) fuel cell water management analysis platform
It is the first fuel cell system heat liquid analysis flat roof that can be used as a analysis tool. This roof adopts one dimension CFD method to analyze fuel cell system, can consider geometry framework’s infection to system capability, can used as a design tool to whole system simulate and optimize the fuel cell system, and can availability guide fuel cell system integration design.

d) air system test platform
It is the first fuel cell air system integrated examination research flat roof in our country:
(1) the dynamic capability test of fuel cell air compressors such as the screw air compressor, the turbo supercharger;
(2) the capability test of the key parts such as the humidifier, the mid-cold machine
(3) the system matching examination such as the air compressor, the humidifier.
The main technical guideline is: the proportion of pressure: 1~5; the bound of flux: 32~350m3/h; dynamic signal collection frequency: 76kHz.

e) fuel cell engine distribution control system

The system is made up from ternary meshwork: the whole vehicle interface meshwork, the fuel cell meshwork and the single chip voltage collection meshwork. The engine main controller answers for the communication with the vehicle, and also answers for managing the whole fuel cell. In the design of hardware project, we use 32 signals SCM mc68376 and 8 signals SCM C8051F040 to arrange up and down, so they can be used as main control node and other sub-nodes separately. In the plat roof of software, the main controller and the sub-controller are a real time operating system which is based on MicroC/OS-II and a limited status engine based on C language separately, and they can well know the assignments of every node.
