The current development of new energy technology in the company
The companie based on Tsinghua University and the new energy projects center in the field of new energy vehicles development results, relying on the comprehensive development platforms, develop engineering of new energy vehicles, the development of industrialization and demonstrations.
1. Major R & D projects
As a long-term research and development of new energy electric vehicles organise, it lead on pure electric vehicles key national projects Back in the "Eighth Five-Year Plan". At the national "tenth Five-Year Plan" 863 < Electric vehicles > Major projects, lead to a "fuel cell city bus" major projects. At the same time, associating with FAW, Dongfeng, Chang'an Automobile Company hybrid cars projects, undertaken the core key technologies -- hybrid control system issue. After several years efforts in researching and developping of new energy sources and electric vehicles industrialization, important progress has been made.
Pure electric vehicles
The pure electric vehicles which were decelopped here car the main vehicles in national electric car center ;Electric light buses have been put into commercial operation of the fleet, the total length reached 300,000 km. At the same time, pure electric micro cars vehicles has been developping .
2.Hybrid Vehicles
In 1997, the research team began to develop hybrid electric vehicles, work together with Xiamen Jinlong, 25 hybrid electric bus (shown in figure 6) has been developpd.
From 1999 to 2001, assuming Beijing CST projects "hybrid electric light buses ", developed the hybrid electric light buses(shown in figure 7).
From 2002 to the present, took on the 863 electric vehicles major projects "EQ7200HEV multi-energy for fuel control systems (IMIS)," developed a control unit for whole hybrid electric vehicle.
3. Fuel cell vehicles
Since early 2002,It began the fuel cell bus research project, in all aspects, such as in the fuel cell buses whole bodies, fuel cell engine systems, fuel cells key technologies, the comprehensive accumulation have been made, specifically manifested in the following aspects.
At present, It has completed the development of three generations of fuel cell buses, maintain the current third-generation models, a total of three vehicles respectively named "Tsing Energy 1st," "Tsing Energy 2nd", "Tsing Energy 3rd." The "Tsing Energy 1st" bus finished continuous operation for more than 12,000 kilometres, the "Tsing Energy 3rd" have continuous operation near 7000 km. Three generations of fuel cell buses operating nearly 30,000 kilometres.
The hybrid fuel cell bus model used "power hybrid" and "mixed energy" in two ways. Experiments showed the strengths and weaknesses of the two hybrid method, accumulated experience for hybrid model. The whole vehicle adopts distributed control system, and conneted with can networks.
The fourth-generation fuel cell vehicle assembly coming to an end, two goals will use low-floor vehicles. engine-driven adopts power hybrid system, the largest power are 130kW fuel cell systems and 80Ah/201.6V/Ni-MH battery through a two-way DC/DC coupled, throgh the integrated platform experiments for testing, that system work efficiently and reliably. |
